The Structured Democratic Dialogue undertaken in 2017 for the Council of Europe in the rural village of Kvemo Machkhanni, facilitated by the Ekkotek CEO, Dr Yiannis Laouris, provided our team with in depth appreciation and understanding of the very high standards upheld by the Council of Europe as these relate to inclusion, equality and human rights. It further introduced our team to the administrative and organisational procedures within COE.
